CES’ mission is to assist parishes in Vicariate V in becoming better informed and educated about meeting the needs of their parishioners by offering parish leaders Archdiocesan formation resources that  provide effective training, continuing development, supervision and evaluation of Catholic Hispanic pastoral planning and ministry.
